PL80

PL80 developed the Mainframe to understand the fundamental truths that define our universe. Their goal was to create the most realistic simulation possible of the natural world, and use it as a testbed for advanced robots. Those robots evolved to become the Bots and NikNaks you see around the Mainframe today.

The Council runs the PL80 org. They govern Mainframe with strict laws to impose order and structure. They hold secret meetings in the Capitol, which is located in one of the most fiercely guarded Sites in all of Mainframe.
